The Quality & Food Safety team is responsible for all aspects related to quality and checks every incoming pallet to see if the fruit is at its best. Care and handling, temperature fluctuations and weather circumstances can influence the condition of the fruit. The department consistently monitors these influences in order to guarantee a high standard of quality in their day to day distribution.
